Limited Release Sauvignon BlancWinemaking: Our Limited Release Sauvignon Blanc was made from a selection of our most expressive fruit from the 2009 vintage. It is a blend of grapes grown in two Wairau Valley vineyards - one in the Dillon's Point area of Marlborough and the other in the Raupara area of Marlborough. Blended these two parcels of fruit result in an impeccably balanced, concentrated and expressive Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes were crushed and destemmed prior to pressing and fermentation was induced by the introduction of carefully selected yeast strains. We fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the lifted aromatics in this wine. Colour: Pale straw with green hues. Other Information |
