Our winemaking team uses carefully selected oak to provide structure and subtle flavour and select yeast strains that enhance natural fruit flavours. At Mount Riley we are firmly of the view that great wine starts in the vineyard. We commit enormous amounts of time to working among our vines throughout the year to ensure that the fruit our winemaking team works with in our winery is of exceptional quality.
