We believe great wine starts in the vineyard and work among our vines throughout the year to ensure that the fruit our winemaking team receives into the winery at harvest is of exceptional quality. We make our wines with minimal intervention, in order to allow Mount Riley’s great fruit to speak for itself. Our winemaking team uses carefully selected oak to provide structure and subtle flavour and select yeast strains that enhance natural fruit flavours. |
