 Our winemaking team are committed to the use of screwcap closures. Industry data indicates that 8-10% of wine bottled under cork is subject to cork taint and a further 30-40% may be dulled or oxidised due to the influence of imperfect corks. Screwcaps eliminate the threat of cork taint and premature oxidation. They ensure that our wines reach drinkers to be enjoyed as Matt intended - in perfect condition. |
